Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Ageless Path app and the website at agelesspath.app, provided by Ageless Path LLC ("Ageless Path", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Educational content, not medical advice
Ageless Path offers general, educational guidance about daily habits for healthy aging. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not replace a doctor or other qualified professional. Talk to a qualified professional before starting any new exercise, nutrition, or other health practice, especially if you have a health condition. Stop and seek help if something causes pain or concern. If you are in an emergency, call your local emergency number.
The coaches are AI
The coaches are AI characters. Their replies are generated automatically, can be wrong or incomplete, and are not written or reviewed by licensed professionals. Use your own judgment.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old. Keep your sign-in details secure and give us accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at trust@agelesspath.app if you think someone else has accessed it.
Premium subscription
- Ageless Path Premium unlocks all coaches. It is an auto-renewing subscription at $8.99 per month (US price; the price shown by Apple at purchase applies).
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
- You can manage or cancel it in your device's Settings, under your Apple ID, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. You can ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- If you reinstall the app or use a new device, use Restore Purchases in Profile to regain access.
Apple's standard terms for apps, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/, also apply to purchases made through the App Store.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app: do not try to break or probe its security, access other people's accounts or data, copy or resell the content, use it to harass others, or use it in a way that breaks the law.
Our content
The app, its coaches, programs, text, and design belong to Ageless Path or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for your own non-commercial use. You keep ownership of what you write; you give us permission to process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Ending your use
You can stop using the app at any time and can delete your account in the app (Profile, then Delete account) or by emailing trust@agelesspath.app. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; cancel that in your Apple ID settings. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or misuse the service.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will produce any particular health outcome. To the extent the law allows, Ageless Path is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is meaningful, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
