Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Ageless Path LLC ("Ageless Path", "we", "us") collects when you use the Ageless Path app and the website at agelesspath.app, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We have tried to write it in plain language. If anything is unclear, email trust@agelesspath.app.
What we collect
Account details. Your email address and password. You can also choose a display name inside the app.
What you tell the app. Your goals, your "why", your habit anchor, and your answers to the motivation questions during setup and later in your profile (for example your main motivation, your focus area, your current movement level, your typical weekday, the coaching tone you prefer, and how you respond to missed days). Some of these answers touch on your health habits. They are self-reported, used only to personalize your coaching, and are not medical records.
Your practice. Which daily actions you complete, defer, or skip, your streak and consistency counts, your vitality scores and their history, and which coach you have chosen.
Coach chat. The messages you type to a coach. See "AI coaches" below.
Subscription status. Whether you have Premium and when it renews. Payments are handled by Apple. We never see your card number.
Usage events. Simple events such as completing an action, opening a coach chat, or viewing the Premium screen, so we can see which parts of the app are used and fix what is not working.
Notification details. If you turn on practice reminders, your device's push notification token, linked to your account ID.
Website. If you give your email on agelesspath.app to receive the checklist or updates, that email address is collected by our email service provider, Buttondown.
How we use it
- To run the app: sign you in, show your daily action, track your practice, and unlock the coaches you have paid for.
- To personalize coaching to the answers you gave us.
- To send practice reminders and a weekly progress summary (see "Notifications and emails").
- To understand how the app is used and to find and fix problems.
- To respond when you contact us, and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information or rent it to anyone. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising (advertising based on your activity across other companies' apps and sites), and we do not use advertising trackers. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
AI coaches
The coaches are AI characters, not people. When you send a message, the most recent messages in the conversation, together with some of your profile details and today's action, are sent to an AI language model service, through our app platform, to write the reply. Please do not share information in chat that you would not want processed this way, such as medical records or financial account details. We do not keep a copy of your chat transcripts in our own database.
Health-related information and your consent
Some of what you enter in Ageless Path relates to your health habits, such as your goals, your current movement level, and your practice history. You choose whether to provide it, and by entering it you agree that we may use it to personalize your coaching and run the app as described in this policy. We use it for those purposes only. It is shared only with the service providers listed below and only so they can provide their service, for example hosting it or generating a coach reply. You can edit these answers in Profile at any time, and you can withdraw your consent by deleting your account (Profile, then Delete account).
Consumer health data notice
Some states, including Washington and Nevada, have laws about "consumer health data". If they apply to you, this section is our notice under them.
- What we collect: the self-reported health-related information described above, and the practice history you build in the app.
- Why: to provide the app, personalize your coaching, and show your progress.
- Where it comes from: you. We do not collect health data from wearables, medical records, or other sources.
- Who receives it: the service providers listed in "Who we share data with", for the purposes above. We do not sell it.
- Your rights: to confirm whether we hold it and get a copy, to have it deleted, and to withdraw consent. Use the in-app Delete account option, or email trust@agelesspath.app. If we decline a request, you may appeal using the process in "U.S. state privacy rights" below.
Who we share data with
We share data only with the service providers who help us run Ageless Path, and only for that purpose:
- Base44 hosts the app, stores your account and practice data, handles sign-in, sends our emails, and provides the AI service used for coach chat.
- Apple processes subscription purchases through the App Store.
- RevenueCat receives your account ID and purchase information from Apple so we can tell whether your subscription is active.
- OneSignal delivers push notifications, using your push token and account ID.
- Buttondown manages the email list for the website.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the public.
Notifications and emails
Push notifications are off until you turn them on in Profile, and you can turn them off there at any time. You can also change them in your device's Settings.
Emails. If you have an account, we send practice reminders and a weekly progress summary to the email address on your account. To stop them, switch off Email reminders in Profile, or email trust@agelesspath.app and we will turn them off.
Your choices and rights
- You can edit your display name and your motivation profile in the app.
- You can delete your account yourself in the app: Profile, then Delete account. This permanently deletes your profile, practice history, and scores, and removes your notification registration.
- You can also ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or to correct it. Email trust@agelesspath.app from the address on your account and we will respond promptly.
- You can cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law. Contact us and we will honor them.
U.S. state privacy rights
If you live in California or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose, and get a copy of it;
- correct inaccurate information and ask us to delete your information;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of your information for targeted advertising and of certain kinds of profiling. We do not sell your information. The website shares visit information with Google for advertising only if you accept cookies on the banner, and you can withdraw that at any time with the cookie choice link in "Our website" below. Our personalization of your coaching does not produce legal or similarly significant decisions about you;
- not be treated differently for using these rights.
In the past 12 months we have collected these categories of personal information, all from you or your device and all for the purposes in "How we use it": identifiers (email address, account ID); account and profile information you give us, including health-related answers; commercial information (whether you have Premium and when it renews); and internet or app activity (usage events). We disclosed them only to the service providers listed above.
To make a request, use the in-app Delete account option or email trust@agelesspath.app from the address on your account. We may need to verify it is you. We will respond within 45 days, and may extend that once by up to 45 more days if we tell you why. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of their authority. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our response or emailing us with "Appeal" in the subject line, and we will respond to the appeal in writing.
How long we keep data
We keep your account and practice data for as long as your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your profile, practice history, and notification registration from our systems. Apple and RevenueCat may keep purchase records as needed for billing, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes, and we may keep anything the law requires us to. Backups may take a short time to clear.
Our website
The website at agelesspath.app is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process visitors' IP addresses in server logs. The pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when they load. The email signup form sends the address you enter to Buttondown.
The website includes the Google Ads tag (gtag.js) so we can measure which of our ads bring visitors to the site. Google Ads cookies are not set unless you click Accept on the cookie banner; if you decline or ignore it, the tag runs in a restricted mode without ad cookies. If you accept, Google may receive information about your visit, such as the pages you view, your IP address and browser details, and may use it as described in How Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can change your cookie choice at any time. We do not use any other advertising or analytics trackers on the website.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, and the providers above maintain their own security programs. No online service can promise perfect security.
Children
Ageless Path is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we make a meaningful change, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, tell you in the app or by email.
